Shannon Seaton is the Director of Operations for Northwest Tennessee currently serving interfacility and 911 operations in Obion and Carroll Counties for Baptist Ambulance. Shannon joined the Baptist Ambulance team in 2021.

Shannon has extensive experience in Tennessee EMS. From 2010 to 2014, he served as operations manager for West Tennessee Healthcare. In 2014, he served as the EMA director for Decatur County.

He has been actively involved in the Tennessee Ambulance Service Association (TASA), including serving on the board representing West Tennessee.
