Jennifer Lamb joined Baptist Ambulance in 2017 as a paramedic and, shortly thereafter, joined the communications center team as a dispatcher. She earned her emergency medical dispatcher certification, was promoted to supervisor and then manager of the communications center.

Prior to joining Baptist Ambulance, Jennifer began her EMS career as a paramedic in Lee County, MS., serving emergency and non-emergency patients. She relocated to Riverside, CA in 2010 and worked as a paramedic with American Medical Response before returning to her home state of Mississippi to work with AMR in Shelby County. There, she worked as a field training officer, safety and risk officer, special events coordinator and medical biller.

Today, her responsibilities include day-to-day management of communications with our Baptist hospital and health care facility partners, building customer relationships, overseeing dispatcher training, and ensuring smooth operation of the center’s market-leading technology.
